| Description: | This line can produce the plastic tape that is used to weave PP woven sack. This line consists of tape extruding part as well as tape winding part. This line adopts international advanced electric digital-simulation control technology such as computer-controlled frequency conversion speed regulation and controllable silicon DC speed regulation so as to make the main target reach the international advanced level. Meanwhile, with high production efficiency and high quality of tape tube forming, as required, this assembly also can be equipped with advanced band net change structure as well as fibrosis structure that is used for producing flexible packaging bags or fibrosis sewing thread. It has two kinds of stock thread heating structures, hot-blast stretching bellows and electric baking board, which can meet the requirements of customers. Applied to a wide range, it can be used for the forming of PP, HDPE and LLDPE tape. | |
